Good build today guys got tuna's tail all cleared so its fully ridable now just needs some care put into it, the gimp is clear and kinda ridable down to the step down after Lance's big jump, gonna finish it off next weekend (its a big job had no idea it was gonna be such a mission) so if anyone is keen just need a rake or just turn up meet at the bottom carpark, will have transport up there.

At this stage im just gonna leave the mess covering the trail and let it die off as there is alot of debris and still more slashing needed, but should get it pretty good next weekend hopefully ridable

As above for this weekend if anyone is keen may take bike for quick ride depending on track conditions, Will have van to travel to gimp and back to carpark, 8AM, pete you gonnna be there??

Good build today got the bottom section cleared nicely, just need to get together a big group to give it a good clearing down the main straight, just a good raking is needed and some small cleaning up around the jumps

Build tomorrow, On the Gimp to finish off clearing the last section so bring your rake hopefully will get onto tiding up the jumps and main line too bring the bike if its fine or has cleared up by this arvo, 8am ish Sunday

will be there if its not raining...if its raining i'll be tucked up in bed yes i'm soft but rain and The Gimp don't go together.

Well got up there in the pissing down rain today managed to get all the pampass pulled off the track and get back in there for the second cut with the slasher, next week we will clear the second cut up and the Gimp will be open for riding again.
You can probably ride down it now but just be carefull there is a big line cut out by the rain.
Dont forget the AGM tomorrow night !!

hey going up to the gimp Saturday morning at 10am to do a bit of track clearing and a wee ride on the Gimp. If anyone is keen, be at the Abby Cave rd MTB gates by 10am.

Good build/ride today me and josh got up there and cleared the entrance to the gimp as well as rollercoaster. had a bit of a session on Tuna's tail which is riding quite well considering the rain we have had.
So The GIMP is now open to riders now just be aware of the jumps most of them need some maintenance so i will be back up there in a couple of months to do that and spray the edges.

Big thanks to Josh Sam and Pete for helping me get the Gimp back up and running it has been a mission, but bring on the summer and she should be mighty quick.

Sunday build day 8am Carpark at the bottom, looking to clear the rest of R2 out and join in with the bottom of Ressurectiion/Taniwha, rake or spade needed.
