Yeah yeah just the last couple of months have really worn the berm down where it meets the track and now that people are riding it it has created a channel so basically gonna chuck heaps of clay in front and shape it and the track get a good curve going for the drop.

I got another barrow so just need shovels and we will get the clay from the hole close by and dig into the hill keeping it all real close by so it should get finished pretty fast

yep Im definitely there lets tidy it up, we'll have it sweet in no time with two barrows good one Quinsta! that drop like it is now aint much fun

Back at work Monday, six day weeks, 12hr days, so won't be working in Glenbervie for at least 15 months. Thought I may fit a day or two in around Xmas day.
If anyone wants to take up the reigns and keep the place ticking over, go for it.
I don't want to turn up in a year and find that all the good work has gone to waste.

that sucks there wayne...........hoefully the trails will be ridden lots and someone will get keen

Massive effort for todayt thanks guys for turning up we accomplished a lot in the smalll time we had.....Well Done


New Jump
Due to previous berm it was hard to get onto the roller, so i have added the jump and next weekend we will build a "Dual Slalom" berm into the entry so riders can pick which line they want to use more accuratly

The Drop
Have removed one level of the wood on the small line and flowed the clay over onto the lower landing, have also added about another 800mm to the landing

The berm leading into the drop, it's now longer and slightly more "on" the track

that looks mean, good ideas going into resurrection!! can't wait to ride the track again, ha!! Hopefully when this job is stable and getting some money coming through i'll hit these tracks I have been told about here, oh...... after I buy a bike!

Yeah track is mean pete was out with a sore back still and he was suffering withdrawals (unless that was some other kind of pasttime) the whole flow of that area is real fast now and soooooo smooth. Gonna do double berms next weekend for the entry to the gap and roller in the last pic so you can pic good lines, and do a series of lil berms further up after learner gap to hold the speed better.

ah yeh sounds good, yeh sat my MARCSTA course on saturday, passed that, going to see Orica on tuesday morning bout this traineeship

Build this weekend, Sunday 8am building the "slalom" berms between the drop and the new jump from last week, just bring yourself we have the tools.
Will look at making the jump more sturdy and pack more onto the entry surface... hope for fine weather
