Wanted: Cheap 26" Ht Frame

Postby Velocipedestrian on Wed 25/Jan/17 10:29am

I'm looking to replace my communter frame.
After something largeish (longish anyway)
Disc mount, threaded BB, designed for 80-125mm fork.

Who's got one taking up space?

Oh, in welly.

Got one (thanks JohnH) but the head tube was too long, so still looking.

Have Gary Fisher Marlin- medium I think but with the G2 geometry stuff so has a longer top tube than a "normal" medium. Has a nice short head tube too.

Frame, headset and rock shox dart $100?

Sounds promising... You can keep the Dart, sorry.

Can you measure the top tube c-c for me? I'm feeling burnt on short arse frames.

Cheers

It's stuffed away in out attic.
Based on online docs effective top tube is 608mm.

Same price without fork.

The one they want $400 for?
Communter budget doesn't go nearly that far unfortunately.
