That could be done :D

'winner' of said category will of course now win the title of 'man/woman who's going to MOST regret this tomorrow' :)

and DNF's will be relabelled 'CTTS' (came to their senses)

Thats a good idea a very close friend of mine CTTS ed last year :( bless him :D
doesnt roll of the tongue as well as DNF does though

winner' of said category will of course now win the title of 'man/woman who's going to MOST regret this tomorrow' :) and the next 2 days as well

Just a wee reminder that pre-entry close off is 4pm Thursday - that's tomorrow!

All the info for the event is here
=} http://www.singletrack.org.nz/events/vulcaniser/

And a list of those who have entered so far can be found here

Current race day forecast for Waipara is 19 degrees with a NW wind. They're saying there may be a few showers tomorrow with that southerly but race day is looking to be dry

Just had a call from Craig who informed me the race has been cancelled.
Apparently conditions on course are diabolical and they coudn't even drive up to the start.
Craig assured me that the crew will be in touch to sort refunds and the like.
Hard call they had to make, but would be a shame to rip that beautiful track to shreds.
Pass it on.

Bugger - I had peaked for this race :D or is it a cunning plan by nibbler to thin out the opposition?
if the access rd is so bad maybe we could race up and down that a few times?

And BIGGER BUGGER i just told the wife, could have had a free day out somewhere else if i had kept my mouth shut.

Okey dokey, to all those who missed out on racing at the Vulcaniser, we have organised a riding session there on Saturday 27 March 2010, complete with toilet and first aid. Entry by donation Be great to see lots of you there. We'll add more info (like times etc) once we have had time to talk it through but it is likely to be something like 10.30 - 3.00. Obviously you can arrive and leave at whatever time suits you within that.
