I checked Portal of Evil, another site that I sift around where they list a whole bunch on evil/weird/cool/crappy sites, and have some pretty funny forums, and someone has submitted the worst dressed cyclist competition.  No one has posted on the forum yet, so it is hard to tell what the regulars think.  How odd. ???
