"The Fast Group" meet at Barron Ave each Tuesday for roughly 2 hours of medium to high intensity riding. [b]Be there & ready to ride at 5:45pm. Bring a bag of sweets on your first ride! Check with an experienced MTB member if you are not sure what "high intensity" means!
