So, all this talk about cake reminds me of the reason I started exercising

technically I hate exercising, but I like riding, so being fitter makes it even more fun. So, I'll ride hard, but still eat pies (1 today, and a sausage roll) and drink (1 bottle of red last night, probably another 2 tonight!) but no longer smoke (although, I might have a couple tonight)
