Does anyone know of anything out there?
looking for a dura ace ultergra level of bike

Giant do an XS that is 43cm in their TCR and Defy series.

Genius make some extremely small frames. Their small WS cleo frames would fit like a 43 cm I would say.

I've got a women's XL Genius Cleo which is 53" so definitely worth checking them out for their S or XS sizes.
