Rock Shox Dual airs

I just can't get them right.
Anyone got any good tuning advice?

I'm really only using half of the 140mm travel, I've changed air pressure so much trying to make them more plush and use more travel but letting out too much causes them to have too much sag.
I've got the positive set to 20% sag, so its really just the negative that can be tuned but still can't get full travel.

With no positive pressure, can you get full travel?
If not, you may have too much oil in the damper.

You're meant to have positive and negative pressures within 10% of each other.

Which is why RS have changed their pos/neg system to an auto-balancing type now... Bummer getting caught with one of the super-adjustable but hard to get right ones, good luck.

Can the latest (M675) Shimano brakes have the hoses shortened without re-bleeding if one is careful enough?

Are Heckler pivot bearings a Santa Cruz specific part, or just generic engineering bearings?
