Our local trails in Ashley Forest are constantly undulating, with some long climbs that this gearing will just get up. 50km rides are great. :)

At least I can spin quite happily at 35kph on the flats too.

That's a weird place for a seat bag, Clarky! :alien:

Those 'seatbags' are incredible! 33km of rough tracks today, and my spine is as happy as a licky dog with itchy balls and a flexible neck. :)

You like a bit of give in your rear end, don't you mate? ;)

And less of the veterinary tales please!

I saw a guy on a KHS Solo One on Sunday. He had gone up Rapaki and was coming down Kennedys when we saw him. A good effort on 32:16 I thought.

My SS is still half buit but I should have forks soon. of course not having ridden one for a while I will be coughing up my lungs on the first few rides. something to look forward to.

I dont quite see the point of FS SS, but good on those of you who do.

Jeez Clarkster that is one sexy frame!

A bunch of parts of that old bike is still under my house, im glad you are making good use of it :)

Im looking at building up a new NPJ SS and maybe rigid but this defeats the purpose if its expensive, and 20mm rigids aint cheep!

You'll be fine mate, couple of laps of Burwood chasing Nav will have you fit in no time :)

because he spent about half an hour telling me that there was nothing he could to put tension on my chain, then i told him how to fix the problem and we argued(sp) for a while so i let him do it his way and he prety much loosened it then put it back then tightend it back up but didnt tighten the spring.... then told the croud that i was rong abd he has been running a surly tensioner for 3 years

the chain ended up saging on the stay!?!
