Friday Quiz - Cycling Kits From The 1990s

Postby Rik on Fri 20th Jan 10:18am

Finally a Quiz I can ace

http://www.playbuzz.com/immediatesports ... -the-1990s

Back in the 90s before I'd discovered mountainbiking, I was a roadie, and it appears the grainy (barely)colours of a 6th generation VHS cassette are still seared into my brain.

I don't need to take the quiz to accurately predict my result.

I'm showing my age. 14/14. Can remember them from when I watched Le Tour as a kid on free to air TV (in the UK) years ago.
If it was current teams I wouldn't have a clue. Haven't watched any professional road racing for years.

Just the 14. Which makes me wonder if I wasted the 80s.

I got 10 / 14. My excuse is that I spent most of the 1990's in deserts, tropical islands, or jungles, had abandoned bikes, and didn't have a tv.
Oh, and the dog ate my homework.

7/14. Which surprised me because there were only a couple of answers that didn't feel like complete guesses. My excuse is that I spent most of the 1990's in desserts.

I envy you. I always wanted to live in a dessert. Pavlova, specifically.

14/14... too easy. I spent my 90s deep in copies of Winning magazine.
