Next Thursday is technically this Thursday but if someone said next Thursday as opposed to just Thursday I would think it's the following weeks Thursday (ie the next Thursday after Thursday)

Depends if you want to reference days in past tense, in which case this monday would be the monday just gone, but that's daft, therefore this and next should be interchangeable, and both be future tense

This Monday. Short for This coming Monday.

Next Monday is the one after. People with small brains argue that it is 'the next Monday', therefore 'next Monday'. Those people are wrong.
Next Monday is also known as 'Monday week'.

Edit: Some people also seem to run some kind of day of the week dependent system, so say its Thursday or Friday, then they will call Monday the following week 'this Monday'. But say it's a Tuesday, then they'd refer to the following Monday as 'next Monday'. These people are best avoided in general.

This Monday is 10th August 2015.
Next Monday is 17th August 2015.

Can recommend this for those that aren't sure: http://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/ (specifically for those that might complain about a google-centric link).

Yes. Because the next available one is 'this' one. The one after that, is the next one.

Jeez - if you already knew what you thought the answer was, then why did you ask the question?
