Any vorbers riding this year?

pushbikerider going back to finish the job? Maybe you could just get dropped off in Lees pass on day 6 and treat it like a stage race over two editions?

I am hoping to go back and make it around this time :blush:

But I still have a few things to sort out to be able to make it happen

Yep. I'm doing it.

Hey PBR, still keen for some gravel rides? I did a big loop back roads and forestry roads from Lower Kaimai > Ngongotaha > Paengaroa > Tauranga last Thursday. Was good fun. Am planning to do a "Longest Day Ride" on 22 December between Tauranga and Vegas (... thinking I'll do a loop of the 4 parks) :)

Slight change of plans, I'm not fit / strong / light enough for 1150kms in all reality (10 months of doing little riding does that to you). BUT will be doing the Brevette instead, still going to be a great challenge, and a great week of riding. I am quite gutted to not get a chance to roll back through the Lee's valley, but looking foward to a great event still.

Since you'll be finishing early you might consider a recovery brevet on the way home =}

I'm nervously excited for them now, they should have finished their briefing in the cinema, doing last minute prep (and bowel movements) and making their way to Seymour square.

Grand depart at 10am.

The long hot spell has finally broke here in Nelson, lots of showers in the night, but currently dry. Hope they have have a dry day today.
