Sooner or later you'll all realise nobody is chasing you.

You guys all have the girls chasing you. They are all like "Hey!! Give me back my purse!"

Didn't set out to, but ended up PB'ing 5km at lunch.

this should set the bar as to how un-whippet-like I am.

A nice palindrome time.

Big-ish week for me past week, and now thankfully an easy week! :)

Last Saturday was a run up Swampy/Flagstaff and quite a nice day for it. 3.5hrs, 1100m and about 26km. So nice views too.

Through this week has been 4 shorter sessions, and a longer run of 4 hrs over the same area - about 32kms, 1300m vertical. Total of 9 hours for the week. No photos from Saturdays run as cloudy/foggy and could only see about 40 metres. :eh:

Easy week ahead with only about 5 hours training. But a 5km fitness test on Thursday. :butbut:

Good news, finished all but 1 of my long runs pre-Kepler! Bad news, that 1 run is 5.5 hours!

Went to try for another run this weekend but listened to the body.

So tomorrow for a nice run, then one of my last two big runs this weekend coming.

Sigh.

I need to keep the run miles up, yet I also need to up the bike miles.

the subset of "hours in the day available " and "my motivation level" just isn't big enough.
