Christchurch Tracks Post Snow

Has anyone been out to McLeans since the snow? Just wondering what the tracks are like out there or alternatively whether anyone's been up the hill?

Council site says it's open.

Most tracks are still closed from rockfall or avoid from snow.

Worsleys or Kennedys exlc Crocodile are the places to be.
It you like hills & mud. And not ruining the real tracks. Worsleys is just as ridable / unridable as normal for this time of year.

would have been good if more had avoided today, as everyone I saw up near Flying Nun was covered in mud - glorious day and all, but really once dirt had thawed it was just mush

Yeah we did one run of the Nun and bailed after it.
Just a bit too muddy.
Made for a silent rolling bike though.
Don't think it'll damage the surface too much, it was slush on hardpack.

Hopefully it'll stay sunny all week for it to be mint for the next weekend
