New Commuter - With A Vorb Question

Not new to commuter cycling, have been doing it for many years, on about my 5th bike now. Pretty new on here though, have already found people here very helpful in the commuter cycling section, thank you people.

A question - how do I start a new topic in multiple sections? For instance if I wanted to post in Sifting/ technology, general products, and Multisport/ dualathons, but not in cycling, how do I select the topics I want the post to be in?

Another question - how do I upload attachments? I can see I have a manage attachments option in my account settings, but it doesn't give me the option to actually attach anything. Just want to load some pics for when I post my commuter bike etc
