To me OSM has too many calories from fats and protiens to be called an ideal food. Not to mention what these do to the speed of digestion.

Fats and proteins make up 40% of the energy make up :crazy:

Mother Earth Baked Oaty Slices (Apricot Chocolate) are the only bars you will ever need on a ride. No idea what is in them, but I really don't care as they taste so damn goooooood.
