A couple of corners before the wooden bridge near the end of the track, the left hander has been bermed up some more, mainly at the start where the old berm had fallen into disrepair and it has been also extended slight down the hill exiting the corner too, the surface is only semi packed down, so if you are riding down there this weekend please try not to brake too hard/skid in the middle of the berm, if you can rail it no brakes then this would help pack it down for sure
even now it is running pretty fast. This will be tweaked in the future most likely, as it's hard to get these things 100% perfect first try.One corner further up the track work has started on a couple of rollers that could possibly be hipped if you were keen, or to pump for more speed into the new berm below, or rolled slowly if you desire.
Further up the track again on the open straight where you aren't under the trees we have slightly emphasised what was already a natural roller before the corner at the end. The straight/braking area before the corner was getting rutted from people dragging their brakes in a straight line, hopefully this will slow less confident riders further up the track as it is a visible obstacle. If you can corner at speed without skidding into it you can pump it and actually gain more speed down that area than you used to, or even jump it, though it has no real lip so you gotta be pinning it
It seemed to work pretty well as something to slow riders down a little before that braking zone as evidenced by a couple of riders we saw come past. Hopefully it continues to work.
