So who's all going then? Both Auckland gigs for me, will be uber cool to see them play the old school stuff again

Killjoy gig in the Chur tonight - keen to hear reports back from anyone who is heading along.

I look forward to your critique good sir.

A Churn gig would be great.

Secretly hoping that the rehersals will have lead to a realisation that Killjoy and GE aren't the longest albums in the world, and perhaps an additional track or two (or whole album) may be thrown in for good measure

Aaaaaaaand now my ears are fucked.

Apparently the first time they ever played For What You Burn live.
Well impressed.
It'll be a tour to remember for us fanbois.
Get Up is well wikkud live and loud.

For the encore we all went nuts when Jon said they'll only go backwards from Killjoy.
Played half of a song off Devolve (can't remember which one and probably won't be able to figure it out from listening to it with my hearing in this state), and Screwtop.

Well stoked.
Can't wait til tomorrow's gig.

Have been waiting for them to top my favourite tour of theirs: the Pacifier one that they made that live album with.
This one might do it.

TGE gig, more people, bigger better pit.
Put that to being a friday gig and the more commercially successful album.

Even more soaked than last night.
Moved over to Phil's side to combat the extra ringy right ear.
I think it's worked a treat :D

Awesome tour.
Recommend it to everybody else.
But then again, I'm a fanboi

You going Conners?

That's a negatory.
Left ear's still ringing more than the right.
Sign of a good gig right?

Two nights in a row will be very tough on the ears. I may have to pull out my old man ear plugs - I really don't need to be any more deaf than I am already...

You guys should just wear ear plugs. You can get musician ear plugs which allow for a better frequency range than the orange foam ones. If you have ringing in your ears you've damaged them. I've been to heaps of metal concerts over the years and always wear them.

I quite often do wear them for gigs already. My old man is pretty deaf, and seeing him (and Mum) live with that is not cool. Like way more uncool than wearing plugs for a coulpe of hours at a gig.

IMO sound quality with plugs is way better than sound quiality with rooted ears anyway.
