Its Raining In Nelson... Again

So another wet weekend, which trails hold up best in the rain? Dont want to rip up any trails or slide off the side of a hill, so what fine in the wet stuff?

Well done j2hyde, brilliant suggestion. It does help reduce the damage done due to the very wet weather and you can be constructive as well. This is on the Nelson MTB club info board.
What dreadful weather we are all suffering through at present. Never mind, as we can help you overcome that cabin fever you are suffering from. We also offer free upper body work outs, this is way cheaper than the gym and a heap more fun. Grunting is permitted as we promise not to grumble about your noises.
Sunday June 13 is our next club working bee. Meet at the Kaka/Sharlands Road carpark, just on the left over the concrete ford at 9am. We usually work through till about 12.30.
We will provide a hot tea or coffee and some yummy morning tea. The ideal tools of creation are grubbers and spades. I will have some spare tools with me.
Don't forget some gloves to look after your hands and a cup for a hot drink, I will have some spare cups also.

Yea good call about the track building, i have done one afternoon this month but prob due some more! Managed to get out up the hackett as i was going stir crazy having not managed a ride in about five weeks.
