That is freakin sweet the way it quick release/clips in/out. I would almost consider taking it on my backcountry type missions...

I'm being facetious, but if the helmet can sprout a set of goggles mid climb, why can't it just sprout a chin guard as well?

True, providing they are applied correctly as well (ie they are not forgiving torque wise, use once only etc). For electrical lugs other and better options exist.
