2010-harder, Better, Faster, Stronger?!

Postby Speedanator on Thu 31/Dec/09 9:17am

If you keep doing the same thing, expect to get the same results ...

So what is everyone doing differently in 2010 from 2009 to be harder, better, faster, stronger?

for me it is a matter of keeping consistent. doing sessions regularly as scheduled. always easier for me to do that in the first part of the calendar year than in spring for some reason, as i tend to hit decent form feb through april. which this year fortunately, is good for leading into the rescheduled road club nationals in late april
