Neither. But once I dropped a couple of spirulina tablets into a glass of water just to see how they broke down, came home from work to the smelliest house ever and this big glass of frothing, slimy, coagulated green mess on the bench. I haven't been able to stomach it since.

wow, 38 hours! that sounds like a REALLY slow digestive tract to me... beetroot turns my poos red in about 12 to 18 hours...

ha! asparagus takes about 20 minutes to make my pee smell...
