Or so the banner ad on Vorb tells me..

So I click on the link and I spot a grammatical error on their FAQs page:

"...it means you're wishes for the people and things that matter to you aren't set out...".

Plus, aren't their wills "free" because they take a chunk (%age) of your estate?

Yes, though it is fee based rather than a percentage.
