Tall (yes, taller than you are) and old (well, not too old) and fat (yep, 110kg) and lazy (hate hills that go up, very very slow on them!) and an ex-smoker (I have no lungs left) and constant drinker (helps with the blood sugars and dehydration!) - what the hell am I doing?
I enjoy mountain biking, I just wish I was fit enough to really enjoy some of the more challenging (see: hills) aspects of it.
