| I was born in a Northland lupen field. My father was a Pakistani opium grower with a penchant for sharp knives and disco rollerskating - my mother, a Belgian dwarf with asbergers syndrome, worked as a chambermaid for a wealthy incontinent socialite. They lived just outside a rundown timbermill town where the esranic and mercury runoffs would pool in our backyard and the whine of timber saws would run day and night. My father was a stict disciplinarian and would often lock me in the broom cupboard with a male oppossum and a piece of camembert smeared down my trouser leg. When father was away at knife sharpening competitons my mother would slip me her homemade Belgian chocolates under the door. It taught me all I needed to know to become a mediocre mtnbiker... | |
