weekend wallies? hmmmm gt3 porsche is pretty damn committed in my books.

any one who drives a car with the engine in the back should be committed :lol:

As should anyone who drives a car with the transmission in the sump.....

Aaahaaa!!

Cooper770 sounds remarkably like this guy. Alan Partridge. Aahhaa!!! Even down to the rover thing.

I sound nothing like him sorry....wrong part of the country.....and I'm not a doctor so never been a Rover Guy... My thing is Austin/Morris Mini Cooper or Cooper S preferably MK1, or MK2 and English assembled. Did have a Aussie built S for a while, but they are not as collectable as the UK built ones. Different spec on the engines etc....but I can be a real anorak on the subject if pushed......

Annnnyyyway. Getting back to odd or unusual cars rather than a BMC owners meeting.

This is a mates project in Finland. This is the shot before he sent it to the blasters. :cry: They wanted to keep the "fresh out of the bush" look but the missing lower 4" has slowed him down a bit.
The roof is going to be chopped 3" and some other leadsled modifications. Any ideas on what it is?

shame, those petrol heaters are really something

the KGB must have terrified the shit out of everyone with their supreme heating and powerful engine, amazing rolling artwork - while I am a rodder at heart - the purist in me would like to see it restored instead?

the later 6WD trucks are legendary - NZ had some in forestry , unkillable in our climate

I was thinking primitive SAAB seeing as you’re up that way =}

The big decision will be which of the steering wheel collection to use ;)

It's about twice the size of a Saab 96 + hasn't Fraser already said it's a Tatra??
