Do they really look that much like Westies? I think the couple would be offended by this sort of character assassination.

So it's the Levin street drags, where in 1998 Mr and the future Mrs Dented are taking their Ford big block out for a blast.

Hey is that the Levin railway station upper right, therefore must be very close to Cambridge St South, therefore it's at
-40° 37' 53.36", +175° 16' 40.81", and it is Mr + Mrs Dented. In a car.

I'm gonna go for the 90s, but taken with an old camera.
It's a T-bucket of some description, other than that, who knows? I'm not good at hotrods - too many parts from too many different donors.

Here's one for ya. Make aside, I'm looking for model and year!

Thats close enough for me.

What will now follow is proof that cooper770 is not the only person here that can blather on about boring and inconsequential nothingness concerning their own less than illustrious past, so if you dont want to hear someone wanking on, then read no further.

Yes, thats me in November 1994, aged 24. With a fine young philly I met at a party 2 weeks earlier, We are now married.
Thats my 23 Ford T-bucket, with the 460ci motor I pulled out of my falcon after it twisted up so badly (from the torque) that I couldnt open and close the doors any more. The day was special to me for 2 reasons, firstly, as my wife is want to remind me on a regular basis, it was the day her favourite pair of 'root-me' boots got destroyed by having VHT trackbite schlocked all over them, after I got her to be the startline fluff that did all the nonsense. And no, I never replaced the boots for her.
And secondly, after qualifying 8th fastest, it meant I was forced to meet the #1 qualifier in the first round, Peter Ansell, the current Super Street National Record holder in his chevy powered T-bucket 'Snotrod'. After snaking in early at staging to get the preferred R/H lane, and then doing a solid psych job on him by coming into stage first, then backing out just as he came in and then kept him waiting for an eternity, I took the race win eliminating him in Round 1. Unfortunately I got knocked out in Round 2, but still, bragging rights is bragging rights.
Look closely and you will spot the John Lennon sunglasses, these were edgy fashion back in the day folks, I tell ya. Ahh good times, thanks for letting me share the memories

I sold the car (minus engine/trans) to Allan Lowe, of Porirua. He had the ladder bar rear end replaced with a 4-bar system, and installed his hi-po 351w with NOS, ran it to 9.6 and briefly held the BB/S record until it was bettered to 9.4 by a mate of mine the following season. I believe he still owns it, doesnt see a lot of 'street' duty any more though. Number plate is 'BAD 23', also he repainted it, chassis now a peach colour, and the body a dark brown.
