Possibly this bike taxi is not to everyone's taste.
I think it is two bikes made into a cart which can pull a passenger who has climbed inside it. Anyway it has spokes and the creator / driver wears a sort of helmet so that makes it near enough to a bike.

Mimosa Pale is a Finnish sculptor and performance artist, she took her bike taxi out for a cruise around Helinski every 3 days for a while.

Why?

Which I think means the work is to get people thinking about whether we have to have so much reliance on phallic themes in vehicle design and other fields.

Helinski is not like Wellington so we unfortunately missed out on headlines like
