Turn one on, then turn it off. Turn another one on. Go up and see which one is on and which one is warm.

Don't even have to sprint. You can just leave one on for ages. Then turn it off, turn another one on, and go upstairs. The hot one in the other room would be the first light switch, the one on would be the second, and the one off that's cold would be the third switch.
