I don't get all the palarva (sp?) about the double down - it's no worse than eating a couple of works burgers?

They crossed some line in the sand by removing the bun (which people probably thought was "healthy", whilst it is actually probably just about the worst bit of a lot of burgers..) Aside from that though the double down is no more terrible for you than most other fast food burgers. So long as you're excercising a bit all that protein is probably bloody good for you

As appetizing as this thing sounds, to eat one you need to go to a KFC and risk getting poor people germs on you.

Also I blame homophobia... People just don't like the idea of meat rubbing up against meat, with nothing other than the creepily-named "Colonel's sauce" and a thin bit of cheese separating the meat. Such people are uneasy about the meat being removed from it's natural habitat, seated between two plump, soft white buns
