Very very good,
angles are spot on with a 5inch fork, well for me anyway,
Its quite slack and is a dream on the dhs, yet it climbs well and is nice and stiff.
Id definitly reccomend one.

Nothing personal against VPP frames, but I don't like the thought of having a dozen or so pivot points with bearings that will wear out as opposed to having a single pivot point

Not a big fan of orange frames,
Yes, they look cool.....
the monocoque frame design doesn't appeal that much to me,
and the Orange Patriot that I've ridden once, it wasn't the quietest of rides, there was a lot of sound being transmitted through the frame

Have you checked out Turners? :0

Bollocks, the two bikes are very different to ride regardless of the merits or otherwise of mass produced bikes, versus hand made ones

The Reign has a far more linear rate rear end, a slacker head angle, and it's application of the DW link does not inhibit bobbing nearly as much.
Any of which might be good or bad, regardless of the price difference :paranoid:

Back to FOES

If somebody is keen to fork out the extra for a specialist hand made frame, I am sure that the Foes is excellent, the ones I have ridden ( not a Mono..) have all been great fun, they do have a special and unique feel that I personally like :-)
