w00t, got my latest blood test results today and I passed. I have gone from being too high on the sugar side to being told I can have a bit more. Iron is good. Indicators for diabetes are all good, and cholesterol is only slightly elevated. Good one is up more than the bad one, so overall that stayed level.

w00t for being healthy. Now if I can just shed these 4kg to get down to overweight I'll be stoked.
