Shimano screws on brake rotor adapters that fall to pieces - had to remove them with vice grips

Don't trust the adapters anymore, so need to switch my touring bike discs to centrelock

Found crack in my frame today. 3rd frame, 3rd crack in exactly the same place.

Was in the store the other day and they've had a couple more in recently too.

Perhaps it's time for something different... Still under warranty? Could you put it towards a tougher model?

Yep under warranty. It's a design fault. It's cracking vertically between the rocker and BB so don't think it's a stress issue. (I don't do physics well)

**So had a call from the NZ dealer. Everything will be ok, amazing service.

Sent a ranty email to Giant NZ, they rang straight away and are being real GCs about it. Just waiting for more info from them.
