Four Wise Men

Postby Konatone on Sun 6/Jan/08 8:43pm

Hey you 'four wise men' (or was that us? Nah, can't have been), I think we passed your group twice close to Casey Hut on Saturday. We realised that we should have taken the route with the orange flag to get to the hut, but continued down to the river instead. One of our four lost his bike speedo - did you find it!? ;)

Anyway, agreed that the scree slope was much more fun going down than up. Going back up was a  joke. The track also needed some sign posts from Casey to the Poulter huts eh? I lost count of the river crossings we made at this point.

Great weather for a fantastic ride. I'm so glad I didn't sign us up to ride with your vorb group cos once the four of you passed us the second time we never saw you again - not even in the distance!

Just started to read vorb so maybe another time? :)

Sorry mate, no sign of the speedo. The group you saw were the good looking fit ones, all the funny looking people had turned around by the time we saw you guys. :)
