As an Englishman, I find Kiwis to be kind, generous and have the time of day for you that nobody in the UK can seem to be able to spare any more. It made me smile when I opened a bank account yesterday and spent ages chatting to the Bank Lady (I don't know what they're called!) She was genuinely friendly even though I was only opening the cheap-ass no-fees poor bastard's account!
