To me this is one stroke painting...

While the brush technique used for the body of the dragon might seem cool, this is just a technique in painting rather than it all being done in one stroke. Much like using an overly damp canvas to bleed the color to give distance or perspective in a landscapes sky

Mo Ku one-stroke is, indeed, a technique in painting. It is called one-stroke for a different reason - The paint brush may be loaded with 1-3 colours. The one-stroke part comes in that all texture and colour is applied in a single step, and not through outlines or overpainting.
