Presumably they are going to hold samples for later testing as the labs catch up with the dopers - like Olympians getting busting a long way after the baby killer Olympics.
Is there going to be some sort of cut off point, or will the ultimate winner always be in fear of a later retest or tell all whistle blower changing the official 09 results?

What's the statute of limitations on doping tests... 8 years isn't it? OK then results won't be official and prizes can be reclaimed and redistributed up to 8 years after the event.

Under my original rationale Haimar Zubeldia should have been an A as well but I made some exceptions. He's still a B though as is Popovych based on last year's consistency scoring.
