Recover well dude. Broke my Ulna & Radius up the Ridgeline a couple of years back - same thing, too slow & too far forward over that step-off halfway down & flipped. Was back in about 7 weeks though if any consolation.

I know your NF corner well. Never stacked it there but have come close a few times.

Thanks mate. Looks like some work has been done on that corner now.

Had the CT and I don't need surgery - bloody thing still hurts tho.

Will hurt for about a year probly.

Best thing you can do is lots of physio, and mtbing, as soon as the wrist is up to it. I broke my scaphoid hitting the sweeper wall at manfield during a roadrace. broke approx 8 bones in my left forearm, after hitting the wall airborne. Rebuilt with bone from my hip.

Despite what a lot of the other vorbers will likely suggest, masturbation does not really help recovery.

Cheers

Must've taken a while to type that out, what with all the hair on his palms getting stuck in the keys...

I've learned to do lots of things with both hands now ...

One of the upsides of accident downtime.
