Popped over to Diamond Harbour for a cruise yesterday, planted some Trees for Canterbury in Orton Bradley Park. virry nice.

been a while since i've poasted on this, my selfindulgence thread...

a few rides so far this month ...

Firstly a wee spin round the tops, then a saturday urban riverside singlespeed treeplanting, followed by a sweet sunday traverse and Worsles, afterwhich a bottle ache ensued, and finally, an exquisite descent of Greenwood last night. yippeeeee. perhaps my riding is getting back on track.

Still needz MOAR tho.

But, the annual trip, a pilgrimage to other parts of the country has just finished...

Day 5 Croesus
Day 6 Hanmer

Commuting to work this morning seemed so easy in comparison to all that climbing...

Sunday i had some phatty phun! test ridden a Pugsley finally.

Thursday prior got up and about a little

sunday prior to that.

hmmmm seeing an awful lot of that end of the hills...

a few rides in over the last month...

pre xmas, finally got out the east end of the hills
then a short-arse crocodile jaunt

then it was off to the bach for the duration...
spin most of the way to Menzies and back
short one with a mate and a couple of teenagers up View Hill Rd a ways...
fun times on the last day of 2011 (good riddance!)... more down than up including a cool double-fenceline into Robinsons Bay, tho, now i've found the one from top of LeBons into Takamatua that looks a right treat!
and my first ride of the year... a loop, up Little Ak Rd and over and down View Hill...

crikey, s'been a while since i posted up my ride linkies... (which has probably pleased a few of you grouchers

)

needless to say, i've been riding a bit since January, including a saturated Wharfdale mish, a couple of Packhorse trips, multiple porthills rides (in amongst jan, feb, march (a bit scant), april (so far)), and culminating in a wee explore out the back of Hokitika on Friday the 13th just past.

Thanks! yep, it is good that Paul's distributing them again, and i'm intrigued by the Rocket too. I've had mine 4 years now, and it seems to just get better and better.
