Sufferfest Video - Good Training Method?

Postby Dunnersdan on Mon 13/Dec/10 3:32pm

I know its middle of the summer in NZ - but sometimes some of you still train indoors either because its raining or because you have highly specific drills to complete in the most efficient time that is available to you. Take a look at the review I wrote and let me know your feedback.

How many of you have already tried these Sufferfest videos?

I've tried two of the videos and thought they were pretty cool for what I wanted. An hours climbing intervals (Angels I think) and another one Downward Spirals which nearly broke me! Plus the video footage made me miss Europe a little less. Pretty good value compared to spinervals dvds.

Yeah, I like them. Have tried two of them and I found the Revolver pretty hard! Good for the mind power and cool to see the UCI footage!
