I'm going to Rotorua in mid-May for some DH shuttle runs. I haven't ridden there when it's wet.

I can only take one set of tyres with me. Please help me choose:

Swampthings (42a or 60a), Minion DHF (cut down), Muddy Mary, Big Betty, Spec Butcher..

I've had some good wet riding with a 42a Swamp up front and the cut down DHF in the rear.

Possibly over-thinking this whole thing, but tbh that's part of what I love about MTB :)

From memory Roto is pretty grippy even in the wet. I would not have thought you would need to go to a swampthing.
