Study: Exercise Really Is Good For You

I think this study confirms what a lot of us already know, doing things like riding your bike is good for the soul, not just the body. :)

The abstract reveals that the well-known reduction in depression from even gentle excercise is also reliably associated with a reduction in depression much later in life. That's new AFAIK.

Lack of enjoyment of excercise is also a symptom of depression though. The abstract does not reveal whether they got beyond association to causation.

I'm going to stop goofing off on Vorb, go for a run then get back to work. Feels good already.
