*stolen* Giant Stp1 (tauranga)

Posting on behalf of a friend who had their bike stolen this week :(
Spec's are as follows:
(Not full specs, but information that my friend has given to me)

identifying features:

Maxis minion tires 2.3 front and back. - Both front specific Minions

V8 silver pedals.

pike forks

e13 guide

juicy 7 brakes, grey installed with the red adjuster nut underneath jammed against the gear changers.
size of frame large 14.5 inch
non standard seat wtb

Any information leading to the return greatly appreciated

is it a zero or a one, the pic is a zero and the one has the same colour scheme just inverted ie black back half grey front half

so many bikes are being stolen recently someones went missing from school last week on Thursday and mine disappeared from outside the dairy on Tuesday.

desperate for transport i guess........

Same colour scheme, similar specs, different forks (Marzo 4x in the picture, the stolen bike has Pike U turn coil forks) - this bike belongs to another friend of mine, also in Tauranga, but is not stolen.
This bike was stolen when a house was broken into, the contents of a garage were also taken, so there will be a reward for any information leading to the return, and a prosecution.

Makes you wonder if a Gone in 60 seconds kinda deal is going on. They get theifed and shipped overseas where the bikes are far more expensive in comparison...

Maybe high end suspension bikes, but not mid level hardtails, this will be in some losers house in tauranga or the surrounding area right now

Yeah, though i know freeride and dirt jumps have been targeted in locked garages lately. Three in last two weeks... Guy who was supposed to be off to the world's for DH had his freeride bike nicked out of his garage.

really? I saw Dan Heads riding his 2 stage over the weekend, he'd be the only rider in TGA who be potentially racing at world cup level?
