Firstly,Juan has it right, get used to 5 minute downs and 10 minute ups and you'll be fine. There is no steep long climbs, just short technical in spots ones.

Secondly, Its a technical course, but is 100% rideable.

Thirdly, Danose is a old demented roadie, so don't listen to him.

Current metservice forecast for the weekend...

Saturday 19th (open day) - fine, 17 degrees, north easterlies
Sunday 20th (race day) - fine, 18 degrees, north easterlies

Pretty good, but be prepared for any weather as over the last couple of days they have been forecasting everything from rain to sun, cold to 26 degrees, no wind to 'fresh' winds for this weekend :crazy:
