Yeah.. T7 isn't that bad.. They upgraded my Lyriks to Talas 36's due to the many many issues I had with the shitty RockShox fork. And they paid for courier every time. Always got it back within 3 days.

I should say I've had far worse dealing with some local bike stores.

You mean "shit" that I send to a repair agent, fully expecting to have to pay for a repair. Then find out they didn't repair it properly, having to send it back again? It's not the mistake that's the issue, it's the roadblocks they put up along the way.
Yeah... the NZ bike industry really has customer satisfaction at the top of their agenda.
