They ride very well, they feel quite balanced out on the trail, because of the slack seat angle they even seem to work for tall people despite being very small

they are a little different , so people like them

they were designed by rob metz I beleive? (person who helped design the D8)

so few as they were only sold in NZ , and were sold as a frame only, most of them by n-zone clothing company (when n-zone clothing was made in rotorua and they had a shop)

I first rode Squishy's, fitted with a Fox talas fork. Set at 80 mm it is a fun bike on the flat, and at 125mm it rocks down hills.
It is heavy but the weight is low and it is a very chuckable bike.. and the slack head angle keeps it stable.

So, it is fun to ride. Not a weight weenie XC bike, as it weights about 3 lbs more than most HT frames!

I beleive that they were designed for triples au.

150mm would make it great for DH..but a bit flappy on the flat or uphill

The front is solid as a brick shithouse, but the stays would be the weakpoint; aslong as you don't do too many things that don't have a smooth transition and are fairly big it'd be awesome.
