That was HILARIOUS!

It all looked like a lactic hurlfest, but the best bit for me was Slackboy's kind attempt to duplicate his infamous botty-grind during the granny-gear race. I can't believe he still won after that!

Well done Lisa and crew - that was a very cool event.

Oooh that was fun! It hurt like a hurty thing, but it was fun A month and a half off training and my lungs did not like that though!
