After leaving the house at 8:15 i finally got home about 5hrs later with bout 4 hours of riding somehow I let myself get talked into riding up to the trig as I nice little detour on the way home actually surprised how fine I felt, fitness seems to be on the return

Another big thanx to Lisa and Ricky for the series bring on A grade next time

I think Dave A, learnt a valuable lesson today. Never try and under cut me into a corner. Gav is obvisouly a quick learner, cos he tried it on me too, and got repassed speedway styles next bend. Buggar payed me back by passing me round the outside. The shame of it. And then he preceded to ride away from me

I got passed by someone so got inside them on the next corner and pushed them wide into the tree i was only holding my line of course

That was a cool end to the series
And nicely topped off with a slog to the trig and down to Baked Beans and out Korokoro. Cheers to Perry and Cam for the company - hope the motorway home wasn't too awful!

It was all good, Gimme some food and water and would have ben up for another hour, instead I went and played soccer with some mates for an hour, I love feeling tired and contented
