pretty much sums it up - of course ALL rock climbing accidents are 'avoidable' (don't do that then!) but I do agree he was definitely pushing far beyond the realms of what passes for sanity amongst climbers

I've still got his infamous No Fear poster on the wall at work though :thumbsup:
